SAFE is a not-for-profit organisation based in Liverpool, England. We develop and facilitate community projects across many sectors including: education, health & social care & urban regeneration, working collaboratively alongside a diverse range of adults & young people all experiencing disadvantage. Using participatory arts as a vehicle to engage, we believe in encouraging our beneficiaries to take ownership of their creative practice, generating a sense of belonging within the community. Beneficiaries’ skills and competencies are evaluated using the SILO framework – designed to evidence tangible links towards employability and increase life opportunities.
